 Debt Recovery

If you have accounts which have been outstanding beyond your normal payment terms, we can take immediate steps to raise court proceedings against the debtor in the appropriate Sheriff Court. Such actions can only be taken against persons subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts. We will preface any such action with a letter warning that court proceedings will be taken within seven days if payment is not made - sometimes that can be enough to ensure payment.
Our commission for recovery of debts, without litigation, is 10% up to £5,000, 5% for £5,000 to £20,000 and 2½% thereafter. This will be deducted from any sums recovered.
If court action needs to be taken we will discuss our charges with you separately and advise you on the likely costs involved. If you have a debt you wish us to recover, please provide us with the following information.
