John Wellburn

John qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and has been with Andersons as a partner since 2019.  He acts in a range of private client matters including Wills, Powers of Attorney and Executries.  He also has lengthy experience in Residential and Commercial Property Work, Commercial Leasing and Licensing.  He has a background in criminal and civil litigation, and worked for a range of large and small firms before settling in Kinross.  He is a Notary and is also qualified to act as a Letting Agent.  John is focused on ensuring that clients are kept properly advised, well informed and obtain an excellent level of service.
