It has been an extremely busy springtime for us here at Andersons. Sales, enquiries and new instructions are all considerably higher than the last few years. Property sales are almost 50% higher than this time last year and with a dozen or so new listings ready to come to the market we are hopeful that a busy summer and autumn will follow. Every property market is challenging it is imperative for us to always promote the benefits of Kinross-shire living, it is our area, and it is a crucial element of our marketing to reach out to prospective purchasers who won’t necessarily be looking at KY13 on the portal websites. We are lucky to work and live in such an excellent location. So we will continue marketing houses to their best and leave the gimmicks and “knocking copy” to others.
