Andersons LLP are looking for a Lettings Agent who will also assist with our busy estate agency department. This full-time position will require you to be experienced in residential and property management and you will need to have an ARLA Property Mark 6 (or equivalent) Scottish Residential Letting and Property Management qualification.  

If you are proactive, possess a can-do attitude, and take pride in your individual and collective achievements, we would love to hear from you. 

 

Our Lettings Agent will be responsible for managing landlord/tenant matters, communication with clients, property management and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.  You will also divide your time between lettings and assisting in other estate agency matters as the work dictates, including viewings and estate agency administration.  

 

Your salary will be very competitive.  

 

A car and full driving licence will be necessary, with an allowance provided for travel.
