Here at Andersons the local market continues to flourish with quick sales, closing dates and long lists of enquirers for many of our new properties. It is now more important than ever to follow Andersons on our various social media sites to see our “Coming Soon” posts on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter or subscribe to our YouTube channel. Do not rely on the big national property portals. The sooner you can see a property coming to the market which may be of interest to you the quicker you can get organised. Of course we cannot give you the exact addresses of our ‘Coming Soon’ properties until we have a signed off Home Report but there are generally enough clues to let you know if it may be of interest! Our social media sites also give you a good indication of what is selling in our local market. If you are contemplating selling in 2021 be sure to get a pre-sale valuation carried out soon.
