After a bit of a unpredictable 2023, where Registers of Scotland reported an 8% decline for the period of October 2022 to September 2023, this is a fantastic indication of things to come, along with better mortgage deals and the predicted continued fall in interest rates. It also presents the opportunity to get ahead of the game and present your property to the market before the April rush and be in your dream home before you know it, as lack of new properties, and an increase in demand, makes the first few months of the year a prime time to market.
