Spring is definitely in the air at Andersons, with a fantastic start to 2023. We are currently celebrating setting our 7th Closing Date, so, after what seems like a barrage of negativity from the media, with predictions of a huge property slump, there is unquestionably a continued demand for property in the Kinross-shire area.
It does however seem that there may be a slow return to the more traditional times to market property, with a few of our clients expressing that that would rather wait for the better weather before marketing, whilst others have taken advantage of the unexpected, continued boom and have taken the opportunity to market now, before this expected Spring rush. In actual fact, the only real issue we are experiencing is the lack of new properties, as it is clearly a case of demand outstripping supply.
